The orchha is a medieval city in Madhya Pradesh where time seems to have stood still. Situated at the bank of the Betwa River, it was built by the Bundela Rajput chiefs Rudra Pratap in the 16th century.
The destination is famous for its traditional magnificent temples, breathtaking forts, fascinating monuments and enormous cenotaphs (Chhattris). These monuments still retain their original grandeur..
